Denise Errico Esmerado has practiced labor and employment law in private and public sector settings since 1997.  She advises management on a variety of employment related matters, litigates employment cases in federal and state court and before governmental agencies.  Ms. Esmerado conducts internal investigations and workplace training and seminars.  As a shareholder with Ruderman, Horn & Esmerado, her practice areas include advisement of management on employee leave entitlements; wage issues; employee handbooks; employment contracts; non-competition, non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements; separation agreements; employee discharge issues; employee disciplinary issues; harassment; discrimination, as well as other employment related matters.  She is a frequent speaker for Lorman Education Services and author on employment law topics. Ms. Esmerado was also an adjunct professor at Farleigh Dickinson University.
