In addition to his legal practice, Mark S. Ruderman, the founding and managing shareholder of Ruderman, Horn & Esmerado, lectures on various labor relations topics before many groups, including the New Jersey State Bar Association, New Jersey Conference of Mayors, New Jersey School Boards Association, New Jersey State League of Municipalities, New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police, New Jersey Municipal Management Association, and William Paterson College. From 1979 through 1983, he served as Associate Labor Relations Counsel to the New Jersey State League of Municipalities.  Mr. Ruderman has also served as an adjunct professor at Rutgers University where he taught Concessionary Collective Bargaining.  Moreover, Mr. Ruderman is a founding member of the Employment Law & Education Association (“ELEA”), a New Jersey corporation dedicated to the prevention of costly employment litigation.
